Life will happen. Relationships change. Careers shift. You outgrow things, get things wrong, and sometimes it doesn’t go the way you planned. But imagine being able to meet yourself within all of that. To know what matters to you, what you stand for, and what you want... and have the confidence to actually live like it. That’s the capacity I want people to have.
Join me for honest conversations about building the capacity to meet your own life and actually experience the life you’re building.

LESS NOISE. MORE DEPTH
There is so much noise around health, wellness, balance, performance, and self-development. When life itself is already a lot, sometimes the last thing we need is another person telling us everything we should be doing better.
That isn’t what I want this space to be.
Expect real conversations. Things I’m learning, noticing and questioning. Science, lived experience and practical tools. And probably the occasional reminder that you don’t need to implement every piece of wellness advice you see on Instagram.
WE'LL EXPLORE WHAT IT MEANS TO:
-
Make a decision without spending the next three weeks questioning whether you’ve done the right thing.
-
Know what’s yours to take responsibility for, and what you can let go of.
-
Speak up, stand tall in your own skin, and back yourself when life asks more of you.
-
Look at the life you’ve built and genuinely feel proud of the woman living in it.
MEET YOUR MENTOR
I’m Katy, a Human Capacity Mentor and the creator of ONORA™. I help people build the physical, mental, and emotional capacity to meet the demands of their work and lives, without continually sacrificing themselves to do it.
My work brings together science, lived experience and deeply individual support. I get to be your biggest cheerleader and your biggest challenger: celebrating you when you start choosing yourself, and helping you see the things you might not be able to see on your own.
Because I don’t want you to need me forever. I want you to build the trust, confidence, and capacity to know you can meet your own life.
