I’m Katy, a nervous system strategist for high‑functioning, successful women who look like they’re thriving while quietly running on empty. I didn’t arrive at this work because it was trendy; I got here after living the version of success that looked impressive from the outside and slowly drained the F out of me on the inside. Â
On paper, I had “made it”. In my body, I was stuck in survival, vigilant, overthinking, unable to breathe into and enjoy the life I’d worked so hard to build. I know what it is to carry the dream job, the full calendar, the family, and still feel like something essential is missing, to feel guilty for wanting more when you already “have so much”.  ​
I’ve walked through burnout and breakdown and carry the scars that forged the wisdom I share today. My work weaves nervous system science, breathwork and somatic tools, emotional depth, and grounded leadership so you can build the internal safety, capacity and clarity to live in alignment with who you actually are.  ​
I don’t put women in boxes or try to fix them. I work with the woman everyone thinks is coping, the one who is high‑achieving, deeply feeling, and done living a life that looks good but doesn’t feel good in her body.Â
